- SEO Services: SEO services are ongoing and may require time to yield results. Refunds for SEO services are not typically provided once the optimization work has begun. If a refund is requested before the work has started, it will be considered.
- Brand Identity Services: Refunds for brand identity services are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for services once substantial work, such as logo design or brand strategy development, has been undertaken. Refunds may be considered if no substantial work has been initiated.
